Conservative radio talk show host Michael Savage, who has a strong following (indicative of some sick people out there), shows us some of his true colors right here.

Media Matters Continues To Call Out Conservative Dishonesty
Posted: June 24, 2009 in UncategorizedTags: conservative, hate, Media Matters for America, right wing
Media Matters for America, a watchdog group, has done a fantastic job of driving the right-wing nuts by exposing their sins to the public. But, as you might expect, the right wingers don’t seem to have a whole lot of love for Media Matters.
News Hounds Picks Up On Fox Nation Racism
Posted: June 23, 2009 in UncategorizedTags: affirmative action GED, Buckwheat, Fox Nation, hate, Our Gang, Roland Martin, Sarah Palin, token
Normally, I would not spend a whole lot of time commenting on the comments that (usually) anonymous people leave on blog sites. Fox Nation, the blog arm of the Fox News empire, has had continuing issues with hateful language on its blog site (as posted by readers). News Hounds has a blog entry about a series of racist comments directed at Roland Martin who, probably most notably, is a CNN commentator. Martin was critical of Sarah Palin in a column he wrote. As David Letterman discovered, not much gets the righties tighties in a bunch more than virtually any criticism of Sarah Palin. For the record, Martin is black (but you will see that quick when you see some of the racism directed at him by some cowardly and racist Fox Nation visitors).
Here is a screen shot captured by News Hounds:

Over the years, I’ve heard Bill O’Reilly be very critical of blogs like Daily Kos and Huffington Post for nasty comments posted by visitors. But, it seems people like O’Reilly are very silent about O’Reilly (unless he has done a segment that I’ve not seen criticizing Fox Nation).
Here is the other screen shot from News Hounds:

Is this what Fox is all about?
Where is the outrage from people like Bill O’Reilly?
Excellent work by News Hounds to catch this.
Bill O’Reilly Whining About Reactions To Him About Dr. George Tiller
Posted: June 19, 2009 in UncategorizedTags: Bill O'Reilly, demonization, Dr. George Tiller, hate
Bill O’Reillyis setting the stage for crying and complaining about the negative reactions to his demonizing of Dr. George Tiller, an abortion doctor who performed legal and private procedures for women. O’Reilly repeatedly cited that some people refer to Dr. Tiller as “Tiller the baby killer.” O’Reilly did slip up and call him “Dr. Killer” once and at least one other time referred to him director as “Tiller the baby killer.” He had a teaser on his show highlighting his attention to cry more about others in the media who have and continue to be critical of him as O’Reilly continues to bash the dead Dr. Tiller.
Rush Limbaugh Is In Denial
Posted: June 11, 2009 in UncategorizedTags: anti-Obama, atmosphere, Crazy, Department of Homeland Security, hate, liberals, on the rise, Rush Limbaugh
Right-wing nut Rush Limbaugh is in denial about the simmering anger and resentment around this country in regard to the election of the first black president of the United States of America. Obviously, it’s not an across-the-board hatred, but it is present. You can see the growing anti-Muslim hatred, the growing hostility toward Hispanics (read between the lines of the so-called anti-immigration debate). We’ve seen the assassination of Dr. George Tiller, who performed legal abortion procedures for women; the murder of Pvt. William Long, an innocent man; and, most recently, the crazed white supremacist shooting and killing (Stephen T. Johns, a veteran security guard) at the Holocaust Memorial Museum.
LIMBAUGH: For liberals to claim that the atmosphere is somehow more violently anti-Obama is simply preposterous.
It was just a matter of time before the attacks on Shepard Smith (who had the courage to stand up and speak out about the growing angry and increasingly violent atmosphere that was described in the Department of Homeland Security report on growing right-wing extremism in the U.S.). That statement just goes to show how biased and dumb Limbaugh sounds.

Republican Hate Will Get Them Nowhere
Posted: June 9, 2009 in UncategorizedTags: hate, loss, McCain, Obama, Palin, Republican
All of this hateful rhetoric from the Republicans is going to get them nowhere with the American people. The election of 2008 showed them as much. All the bashing and distorting in the world will not ease the sting of the results of the November 2008 election. The Republicans had the power, for the previous eight years, and produced disastrous results – results we’re still paying for today and will continue to pay for.
Republicans have nothing positive to offer and that is why their party is struggling as bad as it is these days.
Democrats should hope people like Rush Limbaugh, Newt Gingrich and Jon Voight continue to stand as the face of the Republican Party.

Bill O’Reilly Tries To Justify His Hate Speech
Posted: June 4, 2009 in UncategorizedTags: Bill O'Reilly, death, Dr. George Tiller, hate, hate crime, Hate speech, Murder
Conservative Fox News commentator Bill O’Reilly is on Townhall.com trying to justify to readers his hateful speech that helped create a hostile atmosphere surrounding the late Dr. George Tiller. Over and over again, O’Reilly repeated the line “Tiller the baby killer” as he attacked (repeatedly) Dr. Tiller, a man who bravely provided legal abortions to girls and women. Repeating that line is designed to reinforce in listeners and viewers how dangerous O’Reilly truly believed Dr. Tiller was. Read O’Reilly’s entry (as much as you can stomach) on Townhall.com and see how he fakes outrage in the beginning of the blog before he spends the rest of it building a case of hate against Dr. George Tiller. It’s a hit piece against a dead man. It’s a reprehensible blog by O’Reilly who fakes feeling pained by Dr. Tiller’s death, builds a case against the dead man and then takes another opportunity to attack liberals.

Rush Limbaugh Complaining About Minorities … Again
Posted: June 4, 2009 in UncategorizedTags: angry, bitter, conservative, hate, old, right wing, Rush Limbaugh, White
Hardcore right-wing commentator Rush Limbaugh has made a living trashing minorities to please his largely old, white and conservative audience. Limbaugh’s latest hysterical rant, featured in audio captured by Media Matters for America, has the bouncy one trying to stir up fear and divisiveness with comments like this one, “The days of (minorities) not having any power are over, and they are angry.” Seems like Rush continues to sip on Limbaugh-flavored Haterade.

Hate Speech On Fox Forum?
Posted: June 3, 2009 in UncategorizedTags: Bill O'Reilly, death, hate, hypocrite, killing, racism, The Fox Forum, The Fox Nation
Here is some hate speech from The Fox Forum. I wonder if Bill O’Reilly will be policing this hate the way he polices the user-generated comments left on so-called liberal blog sites. I’m sure O’Reilly, being fair and balanced as he claims to be, will condemn these remarks in the strongest possible terms. I mean, if he is consistent, he will attack The Fox Nation and The Fox Forum the way he attacks Think Progress, The Huffington Post and The Daily Kos. That is what someone who is objective would do, isn’t it? Of course, since O’Reilly is neither fair nor balanced, none of us should expect any outrage from America’s Daddy over these hateful comments (including one hoping for the death of our president). These hateful comments are in regard to a “Don’t Speak: What We Don’t Want to Hear in Obama’s Muslim Speech” blog posted by Judith Miller. I don’t agree with everything Miller said, most notably the tired implication that President Obama is going on an apology tour (a conservative/Republican talking point).

He could fairly point out that there is as much extremism in America as in their parts of the world. One only needs to read the bile on these pages to see that.
###########I agree. There are extremist on both sides of the debate and both need to be ignored. If the the extremist get their way, Bin Laden will get his wish for a Chris.tain vs Is.lam holy war.

Karl Frisch Writes A Compelling Report On Right-Wing Web site ‘The Fox Nation’
Posted: June 3, 2009 in UncategorizedTags: fox news, hate, Karl Frisch, Media Matters for America, right wing, Rupert Murdoch, The Fox Nation
I would encourage all people to take an opportunity to read Media Matters for America writer Karl Frisch’s intriguing written piece on “The Fox Nation.” This fairly-new blog site has turned into little more than a safe haven (a virtual cesspool) for right-wing hate to grow and prosper.

Author Has Fox News Conservatives Going Nuts
Posted: June 1, 2009 in UncategorizedTags: Black, Boston Herald, column, Fox Nation, hate, Hispanic, Margery Eagan, race, racial, racial issues, White, white males, woman
Margery Eagan, a columnist for the Boston Herald, probably did not win any friends on the VERY far-right Fox News Web site, Fox Nation, with a recent piece she wrote.
Here’s a small taste of her column:
It’s been such fun watching the right-wing white boys sputtering over the Supreme Court nomination of Sonia Sotomayor, a Hispanic woman nominated by a black man!
“Our world domination’s slip, slip, slipping away,” you can almost hear them whimper. “What to do?”
Well, you can’t dump on the woman thing. That’s more than half the country. Can’t dump on the Hispanic angle. They’ll be more than half the country soon.
Knowing how so many people (particularly the loyal hardcore right-wing followers of Fox News) feel about racial issues, you can imagine the controversy this has sparked.

Congresswoman Claims Matthew Shepard Murder Was Not An Anti-Gay Hate Crime
Posted: April 30, 2009 in UncategorizedTags: anti-gay, crime, Foxx, gay, hate, hate crime, Matthew Shepard, Republican
In spite of significance evidence to the contrary, North Carolina Republican Rep. Virginia Foxx is pushing her strange belief that the 1998 murder of 21-year-old Matthew Shepard, a gay student at the University of Wyoming was not an anti-gay hate crime. At issue is a hate crimes bill designed to increase protection for gays and lesbians. Now, there is evidence that includes testimony from one of the perpetrators of this hate crime, that contradict such an opinion, but nonetheless Foxx made the following statement (while, reportedly, Shepard’s mother was in attendance):
“I also would like to point out that there was a bill — the hate crimes bill that’s called the Matthew Shepard bill is named after a very unfortunate incident that happened where a young man was killed, but we know that that young man was killed in the commitment of a robbery. It wasn’t because he was gay. This — the bill was named for him, hate crimes bill was named for him, but it’s really a hoax that that continues to be used as an excuse for passing these bills.
Foxx says, with such definitive force, that it was not only not a hate crime, but that calling it a hate crime is a hoax. Unbelievable. I didn’t really want to believe it until I saw the video. Follow the story on POLITICO to see the evidence that does in fact exist to prove that this was not just some random robbery. All crime must be taken very seriously. However, it is critical that we show that these hate crimes (crimes that show a hateful bias toward a particular group and extends beyond the motive of a specific crime) will not be tolerated in our society.
Ms. Miller. Well put. For your thoughtful piece, whoever writes HIS speeches should shortcut to your itemized points.
